SPEECH AND HEARING CENTER
The Columbus Clinic Center Speech and Hearing Center has the equipment and highly qualified staff to conduct speech and audiometric tests and to treat voice and hearing problems.
The Speech and Hearing Center guarantees the assistance of a team of experts in the treatment of all disorders of the voice and hearing.
The Center adopts a multidisciplinary approach to auditory and vocal problems: this means that the different, specific skills of the professionals are combined in the diagnosis and planning the treatment. In fact, speech and hearing disorders can have numerous causes, sometimes with more than one being present, so these must be treated simultaneously in order to obtain completely satisfactory results.
Based on this holistic concept, thorough investigations are carried out at the Clinical Center to evaluate the vocal and auditory capacities of the patient and the condition of the speech organs, taking into account all the physiological and non-physiological variables that affect the quality and health of the voice and hearing.
